If you seriously think you can get 25+bhp out of something that costs £5 odd and WONT damage your engine... go for it

They're usually resistors/valves of some description that just up the fuel pressure/delivery to be honest.

Utter crap.
It's the ebay 2p resistor trick.
Sends the fuelling mental.
There is no way on earth you can get 25bhp extra out of an N/A car for less than a few grand with forced induction or crazy cams and mapping.
Even turbo remaps are £500 or so.

it is just a resisitor which confuses either the coolant temperature sesor or the air inlet temperature sensor, which in turn, cranks up the mixture, and advances the ingnition timing, as a result you will get excessive borewash caused by the unburnt fuel, leading to excessive bore and piston ring wear

Looking at the ebayers feedback they have sold this thing to people with some pretty decent cars (well they used to be anyway).
