There is one about 15 mins from my house in Sydney and it gets closed off during heavy rain...its pretty sedate when its dry but alot of people lose traction through it and end up spinning it up on the way out as it is fairly steep!
Mrs Goaty: Is this a good idea? we've only had this car 2 weeks and it's on a 5-year unsecured loan.
Mr Goaty: I'll show 'em....my Focus can conquer all terrain.
Mrs Goaty *thinks*: stupid arrogant twat
1 week later:
Mr Goaty: Er, the cars been in the garage and needs a new cat and lambda - it's going to be £500.00 love.
Mrs Goaty: "twat".
Fin.
Cars in my care:
2021 Kia Spottage 1.6 Pez Turbo Dual Clutch Gearbox Trickery
2013 Renner Twingo - donkey work
That 406 looks like MY car! Same reg letter and colour!
Btw, I still don't understand how you managed to kill your 406. The air intake in mine is in the front bumper along where the black plastic trim runs. It's not THAT low... unless, of course, it's in a different place on petrols.

Look at the water buildup at the front of the Honda... The level is around where the 406 intake lies
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang
