Selling 406 2.2 HDi, any idea on price???

Hi,

Due to the arrival of a new Company car in the very near future, my baby has to go!!! But havent a clue what to ask for it so was hoping you guys could give me a rough idea. Spec as follows:

2001 Y Plate 406 Executive saloon 2.2 HDi.

Navy blue, 77k from new, full service history, another 8k till service. Full leather interior, full electrics, climate, autochanger, just had 2 new tyres fitted. Taxed and MoT Until Feb 08.

Any ideas will be much appreciated,

Is it an exec?

I'd guess with that mileage/age, somewhere over 3k. Low mileage exec are quite sort after and fairly difficult to get old of, not sure if the 2.2 is a + or - over the 2.0 (FAP....).

If your not in a rush I's probably stick it up between 3.5 and 4k and see how it goes.

And thanks!! Yes it is an Executive model which in all fairness comes with nearly everything as standard it. Was really surprised with the fuel economy for a 2.2, im getting 49 MPG!!! But my new company car is a 407 2.2 HDi which im told is the same engine but with more power!!! Not sure how true that is!! To be honest, i think the interior on the 406 is nicer, feels a lot more solid.

2.2HDi's in the 407 have 2 turbos... so yeah, around 170bhp as standard.
