I have some googling to do but I can beat it. There was an official Land Rover Australia "fix" for the straight 6 engine's thirst for oil that involved honing the bores by putting a scouring compound into the engine. :mrgreen:

This is not BS - I will find the details for it. I do have one of those straight 6s and was looking at reducing the blue smokescreen she produces.
Remember - it only takes a few inches of water to drown a 406 don't make the same mistake I made! The V6 Exec is no more.

Remember - it only takes a few inches of water to drown a 406 don't make the same mistake I made! The V6 Exec is no more.
