Seeing the Ka on there reminds me of a question I've been meaning to ask on this very forum. You know all these tiny joke cars like Hiundy Gits, Renow Tinkles, Dayoo Matties etc. Well, am I justified ramming them out of the way?

And while I'm on the subject of junk cars, if you owned a mint vintage Chevy, how would you feel about Daoos now badged as Chevrolet? Would you want to set fire to it? What if, say, Škodas were suddenly badged as Lamborghini?

Btw in Slovenian škoda means a waste, a pity, damage, loss... and in Croatian bora means wrinkle, they don't sell too well.

Actually very simple - The Data Protection Act.

Mad Psycho Blonde goes to solicitors and makes some bizarre claims about me. Solicitors record these in their files and write letters elaborating on MPB's claims. I write to solicitors citing Data Protection Act informing them that I dispute the content and that they must correct their files, naturally they refuse.

They now have the advice from the Information Commissioner that they do actually have to comply with the Data Protection Act. Naturally they are now aware I was not bluffing. Ignorance is no defence and so their prior refusal is a provable breach of statute which is a serious no-no for solicitors. Paperwork on that is in the post to the regulators.

The bonus is that when MPB's action against me comes to court, it will have to be revealed to the court her solicitor's files indicate that her claims are false.

If anyone else wants to stitch up a solicitor, PM me - I can give you the ICO enquiry reference.

Seems like others share my mistrust of solicitors.

Will let you know how that and another idea pans out. There are certain things in the code of conduct which are "interesting" and seem incompatible with recent legislation.
