leather interior into 1.8 glx estate r reg

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

Not sure about the rear seats on the estate, but relatively easy on the saloon. Two bolts by the footwell (1 on each side) and then you'll need to get your hand under the seat and wiggle it out as it's held on by some nasty er... thing in there. Almost guaranteed to cut your hands. But leather is worth it.

As for front seat electrics, there's loads of posts about it on this forum, so just do a search. Needless to say, you'll need to get a live feed in under the seat somewhere and do some minor modification for the driver's seat. You won't have any memory function though, but that doesn't matter I think :D

The saloon and estate rear seats are very different. For one, the bottom's hinged and the locking points for the back are at the sides as the parcel shelf is removable.
