Can you recommend a battery for my 406 2.1TD 1998?
My current one has no spceifics listed so i cant even search the net for a certain amp hour battery!

I've no idea what the specs should be but I got the biggest battery I could fit in the box and it's been fine for 3 years

I've just put a VARTA into mine (1.8 16v) as I do a lot of short runs, with some longer ones in between and the local motor spares place recommended Varta. I think it's got 430Amps of output

im with steve on this one
altho it may give minimum requirements in the emergency bog roll (read haynes manual)
