Haynes PDF

Post by oobumblebeeoo »

Hi guys and gals,

Can anybody get hold of the 1999 version of the 406 Haynes manual for me please?

Links would be appreciated and PMs.

Getting a weird whirring sound under the passenger footwell; sounds like robocops arm. Lol

Just go to your local Halfords, pick it up off the shelf and take it to the checkout along with £15...

You sound like you've got a common problem with the flap that opens and closes to let in fresh air. The gearing gets worn and it never stops trying to open/close.

A search on this forum will get you the details (and I think someone posted a fix too)
2007 Mondeo Titanium X 2.0 TDCi
2007 307cc Sport 2.0 HDi 136
Gone but never forgotten: 2002 406 Coupe SE 2.2 HDi
