Dash-board lights

Hi all.

Got one or two bulbs gone on my air con unit, seen the posts on how to replace these, but half of my rev-counter is out, so going to assume the bulb needs replacing, how easy is it to get to these bulbs please?

Also what type of bulbs are needed for the above and the air-con display?

How to get the cluster out

They look like the attached picture; you can get led type ones off ebay which should last a damn site longer! (Or visit your local friendly breaker and fill your pockets up )
