sorry guys had a bit of trouble with my pc ( fooking virus  ) so i aint been on much lately only on my PS3 but i couldnt log in tidy on there for some reason :? .
ill name and shame the garage and Neil guessed it right , its the one just off newport rd . i konw other people must have had a good service off them but i couldnt trust a garage that charged over £400 and then said that the fault was completly cured when it clearly wasnt and i spoke to 2 different mechanics who said they worked on the car and one said that it was the anti pollutant fault showing on the error codes and then the second mechanic said it never showed any codes , who do u believe   and also they charged an extra £140 to clean the intercooler ( i looked on service box and a brand new one from pug is only £146  ) .
they cured the fault in the end but when my mother picked the car up and asked what the problem was that caused it they just drew her a ( very poor) picture of the exhaust :? .
we still dont know what caused the problem as they wont tell us but i dont belive that a dirty intercooler would cause the car to lose nearly all its power suddenly .
maybe it was the fact that my mother that dropped the car off and they thought thay could get some easy money out of a woman who knows nothing about cars :?
