I think I've been lucky! I did some work for a mate and he gave me an unbranded K800, I've had no problems so far, upgraded to latest firmware.eoin27 wrote:The SonyEricsson K800i is the best phone I ever had. But all repalced under the 2 year warranty
Yup, the SonyEricsson K850i has all that plus it's a 5MP camera. I really am rather impressed with the camera, picture quality is better than my old compact digital camera, (a sony cybershot has it happens, 3.2mp) although it obviously doesn't have the optical zoom. Plus it has an automatic internal lens cover now, so no bulky lump on the back.eoin27 wrote:The SonyEricsson K800i is the best phone I ever had. Its a proper camera. 3.2 MP. Only in Dixons (or anywhere else that doesn't actually understand photography).steve_earwig wrote:Sensor? Do you mean the ccd? They're measured in Megapixels...
You can get a 2nd hand Canon EOS 300D for about £250 nowadays, and they'll take exactly the same lenses as a £5000 Canon 1Ds Mk.3 (36 x 24mm sensor)steve_earwig wrote:'s funny, I thought it was a lot to do with the lenses.
Which is almost 500 litres of heating oilmjb wrote:You can get a 2nd hand Canon EOS 300D for about £250 nowadays
Mostly (military) aviation photography - I try to go to loads of airshows in the summer, even camp down in Fairford to spend both days at RIATteamster1975 wrote:Blimey, you're into your photography Matt!
