Just bought a Pug 406!

Just got back from Glasgow, £1300 lighter, but with the documents to prove i now own my very own 406!

I'm going to pick it up on Friday, its a:
Pale green (not too attractive but hey!)
51 plate
1.8l petrol
LX
Had 2 owners
done 60,000 miles
In immaculate condition inside and out, no nicks or anything


I test drove it down the great western road in Glasgow, which is very bussy and very stressfully to dive on and it was great, really relaxing, really comfy and despite what everyone has said, the engine pulled very well (by my standards anyway).

So on Friday i officially leave the Pug 306 club and enter the 406!

I'm 18 and have just left school by the way so i will stride like a giant through a myriad of corsa's, festa's and c2's that everyone else i know drives (Where i'm from a 1.6 is something to be respected).

Well those pics are from before it was p/x'ed to the garage where i got it. So it will have been shined up to butter up the dealer. The garage will valley it too so it will look nice. But aside from that it is in very good condition, 3rd hand, a fleet car for most of its life.

And I though that that age and size of car was well out of my age brackets price range too, but it turns out no!

That's who I am with too, well for another week or two, where the same for 30k a year policy as a 10k policy with most other companies.

Not the best for the new car and low mileage policy thou.

Put some nice alloys on, some Bluey Bling and a Welton panel on. Sorted

Definately go for the Welton panel...Not too sure how a D9 would look with the bling?

Yeah, i'll be leaving most of it standard and doing nothing to the mechanics at all.
