Which? magazine revealed that a woman eating a portion of curry could be consuming more than a whole day's recommended saturated fat intake.

Woah! I always thought when I suffed myself with a massive curry I was eating healthily!

Coming next: take out boxes with health warnings - "Eating this curry could make you a lardarse".

Actually most throw-away curry's are full of fat but a properly made authentic curry is no more harmfull than a tuna sandwich.

Hmm, not many "authentic" curries in England though. Further reading.

I think throw-aways use this fat which acts as a preservative for economc and time saving reasons whereas a "proper" indian dish would not contain so much fat.

Face it, everything's bad for you, even when it's meant to be good for you someone soon comes along and says it's full of this, that and the other which'll make your skin fall off and your head explode. This week I have been mostly eating earthworms.
