They were doing that 25 years ago when I first started work in Tottenham (did someone say diddycoy ?) I'm surprised they're not locking them down now, what with all the Yank-style litigation these days, plus it's a great place to stick a bomb.

Anyone ever tried herding cats? Little buggers they are. What? What do you mean these kind ain't got legs? :cheesy:

Nurse! Time for my medication... :D

Over by Newark and Retford way on the east coast mainline there's been a spate of signalling cable thefts, twisted pair balanced line stuffy mostly, though I also heard some hefty cored stuff went aswell. Would love to see them try to nick the 25kv overhead

Years ago went on an HV safety course with the then scottish hydro. Vividly remember some of the safety films, pneumatic drill going into live 11kv underground line - pow! No more drill. Bus bars bending under fault currents...

Mwahahaha...

Nurse! Wrong medication... :D
52 HDI(90) 406 saloon. Sadly no longer owned, bless her she got near 200,000 miles and I had to sell her on, she was still going strong.

Watching the Midlands news on Friday night a gang has been operating in the Cambridge area doing this and 60 motorists had reported thefts recently

I reckon each car would be faced with a £500.00? repair bill (assuming the CAT is 300/400 and new eggsauce to replace butchered unit at 100/200). So there's £30,000.00 just in Cambs

Maybe a CAT shield isn't such a bad idea :|
