Yeah they actually look nice and comfy and squishy don't they :) trouble is I'm not sure Longbridge's seats and trim will last as well as Pugs. I drove a Rover 400 thing as a courtesy car with 80K on the clock and the drivers seat squab was collapsed  gave me back ache an the whole thing was just too much effort it drive it properly :frown:

There's was a guy over on the BMW forum who ran something like 12 taxi's for exec/airports etc and moaned like hell about the 530D reliability whilst his 9-odd Mercedes CDi's ran past 375,000 miles with basic servicing 8) he vowed never to buy another BMW for high mileage. I suppose if you can stretch to a Merc it may pay off in the end? probably get more fares too?
Cars in my care:
2021 Kia Spottage 1.6 Pez Turbo Dual Clutch Gearbox Trickery
2013 Renner Twingo - donkey work

Hi welly i sometimes feel the 406 should be called a marmite car. As sometimes i love it and when it starts playing silly buggers and costing as much as a small child i want it gone    .Touch wood last two years its been behaving. And i share the smug grin also as im not paying out a loan on a car. So the 406 is getting a big thumbs up 8)
