Basics? It's massive! I'd hate to see one entitled "advanced"!

Hi Guys,
If you like the emerald site and would like the take a more "Laptop on approach" then this forum has some useful stuff.
http://forums.openecu.org/
It talks mainly with reference to Scoobies but the principles\software are the same.

Come on compared to getting an insurance quote it's a doddle.Carbs are much more complicated , try getting them right from scratch.Time to look at this lap top approach site ,Thanks!

Hi GoldenBlunder,
It was a pleasure to provide the link the laptop/OBC II site, that is what forums are for, to share and be helpful,
If you would like assistance/help with car insurance quotes try these sites : -
http://www.confused.com
http://www.gocompare.com
http://www.moneysupermarket.com/motor/
It has never been easier to get car insurance these days, as for carbs problems I can only imagime that they stop being used when the iron oxide covered plastic lost favor for more precision instruments like CD's and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fuel_injection.
Penultimately the key to reading enjoyable and stimulating websites http://www.studygs.net/timman.htm
Lastly if you laptop does not work please RTFM or phone your local IT helpdesk for assistance
Always happy to help

Re: ENGINE MANAGMENT SITE
All,
Back on thread, if you like sound of an emerald ECU for your track\street weapon have a look at PPC mag, Dave Walker is the engineer behind the company and writes a section in the mag. The mag doesn't feature any bodykits, "blinging babes un baps" or amps and speakers, it does talk about making cars go faster for less. I not an employee but an avid reader I do support the cause - cheap fast motoring.
Regards
Al
