Oh, you know, stuff like did it come with it or did you fit it, how much did it cost, what sort of system is it, where's the tank, how much room do you have in the boot, is it in the spare wheel well, how do you cope without a spare, what does it run like, what sort of economy are you getting, what sort of range do you get... nothing much really

i fit it 4 my self it cost my around 700£ or 800£ not bad and i fitted when the car has 89k on clock now got it 165k on cloock so i not tht bad and i dont have any problem with the LPG i got the car 4 about 3 or 4 month and i am happy i brought this car,
the boot the tank is in spare wheel and the capacity of the tank is 50litres not too bad, what about the spare wheel i got it all the time in car i replace the standard wheel for the thin one from some other car i brought it on scrap yard 4 10£
and the ET and bolts are compatible with my car, i didnt have too use it yet,
some people wich fit LPG in them car doin this in less recomended place's and they dont fit it right and is not workin propably,
i got in my car the full sequency wich is the best option which yu can choose.
So it's done about 76k since the conversion? That's one in the eye for everyone who reckons it's death for engines! Nice idea about the space saver spare too, much better than that horrible spray, I'm sure anyone who has to fix a tyre filled with the stuff is well impressed when they realise
I have heard some nasty tales (from my mechanic) of LPG'ers which will not pass the emissions test because the head is all knackered etc but isn't there a system which runs on petrol to begin and then lpg? this would be better for reliability overall, although slightly less economical.

That's how all the decent conversions are since LPG works terribly in cold engines and can lead to serious problems. The fancier conversions have a controller which switches between petrol and LPG automatically
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang
I was put off LPG when I heard, and smelt, a relatively young Vauxhall Vectra Bi-Fuel start up next to me a few years ago. It sounded like it was completely feckered and a younger Welly thought "that there fuel don't be no good for these here injuns".

LPG work in really low temperature and i never had any problem when i was in poland on holiday my car start 1st time
