buy a new car or completely strip out the interior including upholstery and 90% of the body systems electricals

That was my first thought I suppose it depends how much you're got to spend and how soon you want your engine to self-destruct. I've seen the 2.1 chipped up to 180bhp but I wouldn't think it would last long, it's not really what they're for!

Mine was chipped to 140bhp by Derv Dr. But diesels are not for racing but rather low/mid-range pull... Which the 2.1 has in spades

Thanks, iv removed the sound proof from the bonnet (it fell off)
bought a k+n panel and a set of team dynamics pro race2's
Thinking of getting some black diamond combis then lowering her
Mate sugested putting the engine into a 205 gti bt...
