406/ 206

Post by sollyboy »

Hi Pug Lovers
I've got a 406 hdi with a broken front spring and also got a 206 hdi , would anyone know of a equivalent site for the 206 as good as this one is for the 406 for resources. I did have one bookmarked but the kids have been on the computer and its gone , and had a google search with no luck trying to find , cheers all the best Sollyboy

I used to be a member of a 206 forum (until the wife went over the dark side and bought a frod fucus :frown: ), but when I checked a little while ago they'd shut it down!

Here we go... http://www.206online.com/ They were pretty good but no-where near as friendly or informative as us

How about this one, looks quite good! http://www.206info.co.uk/ForumsPro.html

Or this one http://www.peugeotcentral.co.uk/modules ... wforum&f=6

Or this one http://www.peugeotforums.com/forums/

The only other thing I can suggest is one or the more general forums like FCF (although they seem to be mostly shitroen) http://www.frenchcarforum.co.uk/forum/

www.psooc.com. There's a small, but hardcore 206 memebrship there who know these beasties inside out, not to mention a number of tuners and traders that frequent the forum, so might be worth a go.

Thanks guys it was the (206 info exchange) site that I had used but lost from my bookmarks, used google and just put in 206 but that site did not come up. The 206 hdi needs an oil change , guy in the store gave me two types of oil filter, paper and a metal case filter , When I had a look under the bonnet on the 206 wasn't to sure where the oil filter was as its so packed under there, but I think its the paper filter type by the look of things. Just wanted to make sure and ask someone who knows the 206s. Well thanks again I'll get on the site and check, all the best Sollyboy
