May be ways to get round paying excise duty (yes, the bastards finally clobbered me, they even added a 5 quid "ripping the box open to see what's inside and patch it up again with selotape" handling charge

Welly the larger blade goes on the drivers side 
Have to say they are fantastic you get very little wind noise and they stick to the screen oh so well.
With all the crap on the road you will be greatful you have the blades fitted
I guess a big thank you rappy is in order

Fitted mine at 06:15 this morning, in the dark
They are very nice and no 'wet triangles' just a straight fit no trouble (they must have taken 50 seconds to fit both).
I must admit it do look a bit wierd for the driver seeing two big black blobs (the fixing point) going back and forth but I suppose you get used to it.
Nice and quiet and a good, err, wipe

Just a little update... I bought a new pair of flats for xmas. Actually I did a recreation of the Argos advert and bought my dad a pair for xmas, and got myself some while I was there as I was in a haggling mood. £40 for two pairs of Valeo flat blades! (usual price £18 each blade!)
Forget everything I said about flat blades before. The cheap £15 ebay crap I got a few years ago may have been a lot better than flat blades (tried every normal brand - bosch, valeo, cheapos) but MY GOD these Valeos blow them out of the water! It's such a perfect, powerful wipe. I love them!
They also have the advantage of a quite substantial mount so the arm is a lot further from the window giving much better pressure.
The best modification anyone can make to a 406
