If the problem was fuel related, or glow plugs, it would start with easy start?

You appear to have checked timing issues? Have you done a compression test? Did you have any possible overheating issues?

Go back to basics and check that you have fuel up to the injectors or take off the fuel pipe from the filter to the injection pump and see if fuel is pumping up when you use the hand pump.Eliminate fuel completely.

Very strange why it doesn't start with easy start.

With a diesel engine, you only need compression, I would wonder about head gasket, but again, compression issues ruled out.

How did you check the timing?

So the spray has to go down the back of the engine, through the turbo, back under the engine, up the front, over the engine again, into the air disributor and then into the inlet manifold. Man, them little aerosols are powerful!

How about undoing the pipe off the front of the air distributor and spraying in there?
