hi guys can any one tell me if i can use a set off clocks that are the same as the ones in my 6 tubby exutive, thay look the same in every way but have diff part numbers thanks
Should work fine; I put a set from a 2l GLX on my old 1.8 lx.
Do bear in mind that you'll lose the correct mileage for the car though!

ok thanks guys will fitt it as soon as i can, i did all the soldering on the board but it still dont work right, and i cant find a black box behind the glove box that controls the speedo
Don't know if this is true, but I did hear that the mileage total is stored in the clocks & the ecu. (I think the idea is it 'restrore' the original mileage if you put a new set on). It seems this can lead to it adding the two together if you fit a used set
Can't prove this is the case but I'd advise checking unless you don't care what the total is, or you're trying to outdo bangernom1cs
