Re: T3 turbo
Doubt it will fit will need alot of work to get it connected correctly. I just got my turbo reconed and tryed to go down the road of changing the turbo to something a little bigger. I got some advice from a tuning company nearby to me who tune rally cars I was told unless youve got a fortune to spend dont do it. Why not get the TB25 off and get 360 degree thrust bearings fitted or even get it hybrided. But you will still only get 14PSI Max no matter what you fit. Sell the T3 there are still a few RS Troubles kicking about quite rare though so you might get a decent amount of cash for it.

I used to be indecisive but now i'm not so sure.

Re: T3 turbo
IIRC 14psi is the max the ECU will allow before triggering an overboost condition and hitting the wastegate (limp-home mode)Creedy wrote:ahh thanks for the reply chap, ill leave it as it is then. 14psi you say is that the max the standard turbo will make?
You can't get much more boost out of the stock turbo without reducing its lifespan to a few months
Niz406 is the guy to talk to about tubby modification, but he seemed to spend most of his time repairing the turbos he blew up
