2001 406 1.8 estate lighter won't work

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

2001 406 1.8 estate lighter won't work

Post by johnggavin »

I am no petrol head, and have turned this site upside down for a fuse box diagram for my petrol 2001. Got one for 2002 buts it s different. Can anyone tell me if, for this model, the fuse is F1 (10A) or if its F23 (20A) and in either case, which bloody fuse that is in the box !!!!!
I'm extremely frustrated , because I'm sure I'm only about £1.20 away from getting the thing fixed .

PLEASE HELP !!!

Passenger fusebox, F23, 20A
2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)
