They let Emma home on Saturday evening although it turned out she was telling porky pies about her pain levels, she should really have stayed in Saturday night
I had to laugh, they gave her morphine injections which made her hallucinate; the lady in the bed opposite turned into a gremlin!
She's a bit better today but the coil has brought on another period so she's got blood loss and can't take iron supplements with the anti-biotics
I need a 4 pack of 5.2% beer!

Well back to square one again, Emma was re-admitted yesterday and they've diagnosed pelvic inflammatory disease brought on by the coil
3 lots of intravenous antibiotics and morphine again but at least she's staying in this time. It's a shame it's Mothers Day tomorrow but I'll make it up to her next weekend.

Emma rang this morning and said the pain has eased a little, but considering the amount of pain killers she's on that doesn't say much really.
She's seeing the gynae that operated on her in October (to remove the adhesions from the endo), I'll find out more later.
