I've seen a few rat bikes but rat cars?!
It reminds me of that Peugeot 206 advert where he gets the elephant to sit on the bonnet to panel beat it!! :lol:

One question:

What the hell WAS it (i.e. before the owner caused it needless and inhumane suffering) ?
