Hi everyone,
My 2000 w reg 2.0HDI 406 Ran out of fuel unexpectedly today....totally my fault.
However i got it going with the help of my father and fuel can...! but the engine management light stays on permanently now...is that normal??
Can i do anything to reset it myself or does it have to go on a diagnostics computer machine to reset it ??

I think I read that it'll go out on it's own aftrer a few "driving cycles".
