Is it possable to fit cruise control to a 52 90BHP rapier? If so any idea of cost?

I don't think so - the BSI has to be reprogrammed to enable it, which is a dealer only job AFAIK
You'd also need the column stalk, brake and clutch switches, assuming the wiring loom's there to start with.
Probable easier changing the car.....

It can be done but its a pain in the arse basically
