I have been having problems with the screen on my 406 and would like it sorted out...

Looks like an LCD leakage - you'll need to get a new screen off ebay or a breakers yard

My dads 607 has the same screen and problem. Its the hot weather that does it. It goes away when the screen is turned off for a while

Try switching the colours over to orange on black instead of black on orange. It ain't gonna cure the problem but it might not piss you off so much. :?
