Farenheit to Centigrade

Hi,
does anybody know how to change the temperature display from farenheight to centigrade on an N reg 2.0 exec?

you have a d8 but on my 2000 d9, you hold the buttons down on the display, one scrolls through the options, the other button changes values

On the D8 I think it needs one of the pins on the connector shorting to earth. no idea which one though

You just need to pull out the yellow wire from the plug connector (pin 8 ). It will read in degrees C from now on.

Our main engine monitors changed themselves from C to F one watch... shat ourselves until we realised ^_^
