Can I take it the badges come off with a hair dryer?

Yep, then use plenty of white spirit or some other such solvent to remove the glue residue, then sit and polish for ages to get rid of the faded paintwork around where the badges used to be...

Well, hopefully it'll be getting a respray in the future anyway
I had to take the hair dryer to my old 106 when I got it... the XN flavour had, for some reason, three pencil-thin stripes down the side in chocolate brown, pastel pink and pastel turqoise >.<
