cooling fans please help
I am having probs with my v reg 406 the cooling fan has failed i belive the motor has gone bu i dont know how to remove the motor cn anyone help please thanks
Re: cooling fans please help
Pull the soundproofing from under the passenger footwell, then you'll see the motor. Unclip the attached cables, unplug the main connector and then it's 3 philips screws if memory serves

Is that not engine cooling fan? I've not had the grille off my D9 but this should show you how. I think the fans are much easier to remove on the D9, Haynes says 4 bolts to remove the shroud and 3 bolts for the motor.
