Hello mate!

One of my all time favourite cars is the E30 325i Sport with the factory M-styling skirts/spoiler 8)

When I was 18 the company I worked for ran two 325i's and I had the occasional use of one of them (sounds crazy but I was a nice responsible 18 year old with a respectable job) pity they never knew I was a crazy petrol head tyre-burning nutter :supafrisk:

Anyhoo I've always kinda promissed myself a nice original one as a weekender but I've never had the spare dough and the right car at the same time  I've seen plenty of mullered ones now but still have a little look about every now and then :)

Another old favourite is the Escort RS Turbo 8)

Hope you can show us some pics of the BM's. Oh and good luck with the 406
Cars in my care:
2021 Kia Spottage 1.6 Pez Turbo Dual Clutch Gearbox Trickery
2013 Renner Twingo - donkey work

well i got the 406 estate for £450 tank of diesel and a rof box thrown in.. cant see me keeping the roof box long to be honest but the car drives sweet and the misses is well impressed with it which is the main thing.

ill get some pics up later and ill get some pics up of the E30s aswell. the 1987 is a 325i sport tech1 the 1990 is a 325i tourer

Just keep the centre seatbelt buckled when not in use and you'll be fine

The problem is that due to the inertia reel sitting inside the seat back, it can lock up when the seat's tilted (it's happened a few times to people on the forum), and you just need to straighten it up and feed a bit of belt back... which can be an issue if there's no belt to go back, causing you to have to unbolt the lower restraint if you can
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang

cool will try unbolting the lower restraint tomorrow and see if i can get it to lossen off as its locked up at the moment :frown:
apart from that i must admit im on the look out for a darker interior as it is a light coloured interior which i dont like specially for an estate car
