Also its the longest I have owned a car well over 6 years and also the most miles nearly 200k. . For me get a remap followed by uprated clutch and flywheel. In the words of my mate V6 grunt with economy. No lag. Just a kick up the backside If you decide to boot it. Also remove the connector from the fuel pump. Which increases the boost of power low down.

This is my slowest car also. Although Ive had longer :D

What is this about removing connectors for more oooomph??

Trade secret im afraid Bruce. you need to be above 200 posts     .

It was a recommendation from a diesel tunner cant remember all the ins and outs now to be honest.

If you review my previous posts I think its still there.

On bosch pumps there is an orange connector. Remove the orange connector.

There is 3 pistons in this pump but only 2 get used the 3rd one kicks in higher throught the rev range. Removing the plug makes the pump run on 3 pistons. This increases lower down power so you dont so much of a surge of power. Making the turbo a lot smoother and very little lag. My turbo runs from 1500 rpm all the way to 4000rpm :cheesy:

I think your car needs to be re mapped and a 110 hdi also.
