Replacement FAP, anyone?

Post by Doggy »

I know there are very few 2.2 HDi owners on here, but should anyone need a new particle filter, you can get one from these people for £115 + VAT
(Which is a bit better than a new one from Pug, (£421.15) or the mythical service exchange unit at £252.69).

I know you can clean them out yourself, or possibly do away with it, but I just thought it might benefit someone to know about the alternative.
2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)
