UPDATE/IMMOBOLISOR ENGINE FAULT

CAR WAS TOWED IN ON MONDAY,I WAS TOLD THAT IT SHOULD BE FIXED TODAY (WED)BECAUSE OF THE WONDERFULL WHITE STUFF ON THE GROUND THE PART FROM PEUGEOT (SOMEWHERE DOWN SOUTH)HASNT ARRIVED,PISSED OF NOW,THE PART IM WAITING FOR WHICH HAS BEEN VERIFIED TODAY IS THE (BODY CONTROL UNIT AT £230.00)PEUGEOT,IVE sh*t EM!

Sorry to read your MR Angry :evil: comments - you have my sympathy.

I also had this problem this week and today I was told the car is working again after re-installing all the software on the ECU system (don't ask what exactly!) - they did check my Body Control Unit but that was OK. It seems these days you need to find a car technician with a computer not a spanner! :D

I am amazed that the reinstall has worked - fingers crossed! :lol:
Engineer by day - Car mechanic by night - there is a difference!

hi pleased your car is on the road again,its all expense isnt it,my frustration was why does it take peugeot four days to send part,yes weve all had the bad snow i appreciate that but four days,its a joke,ive had a parcel from france this week that took two days,makes you think,so once again peugeot ive sh*t em!
