Help! PC woes

Managed to screw up my pc last week and wound up having to format the HDD to get it going again :oops:
Up & running now, but can't access up my original email as I don't know my POP3 & STMP adresses - maybe other stuff besides.
Anybody know how I can recover the situation, preferably without spending ages on the phone to Virgin Media?

2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)

Pop should be something like pop.whoeveryourprovideris.com and SMTP mail.whoeveryourprovideris.com

If you're ex-ntl you can use pop.ntlworld.com and smtp.ntlworld.com, otherwise pop.virgin.net and smtp.virgin.net
