Engine Diagnostic
Engine Diagnostic warning light on also display states Anti pollution warning been to Peugeot Servicing centre they plugged it in to machine and it said I have a fault with brake pedal contact switch and accelerater contact switch both need replacing Brake Pedal £ 12-03 (ex-vat) Accelerater £63-25 (ex-vat) and was told if it had been anti pollution it would be my fat tank in the catalycic converter needing refilling at £ 300 I am confused can anyone help clarify this information I am searching on line for cheaper parts.

Hello I'm not sure what's causing your engine diagnostic and anti pollution warnings but odds are it's nothing to do with your accelerator and brake contact switches one of which I'm fairly sure doesn't exist and I'm not sure what this fat tank is either but if you mean cerene/eolys then your 110 HDi Rapier doesn't have one.

The alleged "Fat" tank could well be the FAP tank, but as Steve says i didnt think your motor had one.

Then again, a 110 with a FAP exists on the parts diagrams, it would be our first tho...

I suspect PSA may have inflicted them on German HDi 110's in an effort to wind them up 
A trend continued with the new C5 ad & finally beating Audi at Le Mans

As Steve & Dan say, you definetly don't have one.
(I don't either now, but that's another story) 
Various minor problems can cause this, many of which clear themselves without any intervention. If it's not going into limp mode or obviously running badly, I would leave it & see.
A search on here for 'ANTIPOLLUTION FAULT' may give you some suggestions, but ignore any of my posts, which are FAP - related.

Actually yes it was a FAP tank he referred to I didnt know I had one and it was stated that if this needed refilling it could be £300 I have put a hold on parts order for now whilst searching internet but will give it a few days to see if the matter resolves itself Istill have 3/4hr diagnostic to pay for whatever I had 2 fuel treatments in December for MOT .
