Leather Seats

Hello,

As noted on the "Interior Styling" board, I'm on the lookout for a set of leather (or half leather, rare as they are) seats for my early D9 saloon.

These are to replace the existing manual-adjust cloth seats. Trying to tart up my car as much as possible, and full leather seats would add extra zing.

Black leather would be ideal, but anything considered.

And some idea about how to install them - I'm a rank amateur at mechanical stuff - but I'm happy to give it a shot if it's not likely to be too hard.

Surely the mechanical stuff is the easy part, it's wiring them up that might be tricky.

There's a charles trent scrapper in Rugby that has an 'S' reg exec, they want £70 for the two front seats and £100 for the lot, front and rear if it helps?

Im waiting for others to come back to me but I have a set of D8 leather seats, good condition (electric etc) that you can have for £60 (front and rears collected).

Can some kind soul tell me if you can make D8 leather electric seats fit/work in a D9, and is it easy to do?
