Hi there, Does anyone know where or how to fit a new Crankshaft position sensor on my HDI please?
Is it an easy job as i think its faulty...the new part is only £18 and is worth a shot as i keep getting a message on the diagnostics telling me sensor is faulting.
Worth a swap out for that price i thought...but im not sure where its located.
Cheers
Danmat

I don't know really but I susupect it'll be low down and possibly behind the camshaft cover (access through wheel arch) so it could well be quite a fiddly job overall (might pay you to get some replacent arch-liner fixings etc etc.
Can someone please post a Service Box image showing the crank sensor?
