Yes it does exist and yes it does look good on a D8. Have a quick search around the forum and you should find a couple of pictures. If memory serves, there was a member here called 'Jimmy' who had a china blue debadged D8.

It could be done but you'd more than likely end up with having to put in a poor quality mesh grill as a replacement. That wouldnt look so hot

I don't know what the fuss is about removing the badge.

I like the Peugeot lion, and I'm not ashamed of driving a 406. In fact, I'd quite like the BMW owners to know what I've overtaken them in :cheesy: when it occasionally happens - silly 1.8 engine :(

its not that i am ashamed of driving a 406, its just i think it would give the car a better, meaner looking front end

Try spraying the badge black. I've done it on mine and it makes the front end look much meaner. Another trick would be to crack the headlights apart and spray a bit of the reflector black. Darkens up the whole front end and makes it look meaner. Also done this on mine.

Ah sorry mate, yeah the lights on the D9 are wider than the D8 so the grille is quite a bit shorter. The bumper on the D9 features a recess that's not on the D8, so the grille is deeper. They also have different bonnets (and wings, and slam panels...).

Hang on...

That's easier ain't it?

Yeah!

Although you can install some Bluey Bling or a Welton Panel - Ask the respective members as to how you do that! :cheesy:
