All sounds about right Matt, and jibz I would recommend getting to a breakers and getting another trip comp connector as it will slot into the existing one. You just need to move the tails around, I'll dig out a pic of it!

There are errors and omissions in the Haynes... Use the servicebox wiring diagrams I put in the main thread :)

I suppose it seems basic in some sections - for the fact that it only lists the colour of the connectors and not the wires itself! Bit of a shame really!

Sorry guys .. been on vacation.
Did all other things almost 2 months now.. Had to gather all d courage in me to cut the 1368 wire
..but i did it eventually ..all working now.

Well done! It is horribly frightening cutting that wire for the first time isn't it? :lol:

I think it's just the thought of chopping into the engine loom with all those wires! Bloody brilliant when you fire the car up and you've got live fuel data though :D
