well just swaped the gear box over with another one, and the car is mutch better, took the old diff of and the two small drive ouy py gears in the middle of the diff are realy worn, so will replace them and put the box back in and see if that has qured the problem completly.

Is that Polish? :P Is this the diff side gears? They'd probably cost more than another box from the scrappers!

worth checking the bottom crank pulley isnt on its way out - it has the job of smoothing out the engine vibes from crank rotation and combustion bangs...

The crank pully is fine, was of when i did the cam belt, and has been replaced resently as the last one seperated (inner to outer). Have just ordered a Diff kit from pug, only cost £100 inc vat from them, so will rebuild the box. (get discount at the garage as they were the Toyota garage that i did my aprentiship at, and are a pug dearler nows) Then its turbo upgrade time, as mine has a oil leak. 8)

We found a while back that pretty much all of our HDi turbos were pissing out oil. My KKK turbo was covered in oil but still boosted away with the best of 'em.

I think it's the hose connections from the oil supply and drain and maybe also the air hoses too (oil in the air stream on positive side).
