Re: drivers electric window problem
im having a very similar problem on mine just bought a window regulator and tried that but all i seem to get is a buzz from the drivers door but no movement
both my front windows do not work and im wondering if it could be a relay or something but not sure where the window relay is
to get the window up i took the cover off the window motor and wound the shaft to put the window up (4 torx screws just under the plug connector)
takes ages tho
as for the electrical problem im stumped

Re: drivers electric window problem
I had this problem quite a while back with my driver's window, I found that the switch was actually reversing.....the switch was sending the window DOWN every time you pressed the switch, that is why it was stuck at the bottom.
I did manage a temporary repair, but a new switch solved the problem.
BTW, an easy way to get the window back up is to undo the bolts holding the window to the mechanism (the regulator) and push the window all the way up, then cable tie it in position until you fix it.
