If that's not two cars welded together I don't know what isMost Commonly Checked
Make: Ford
Model: BMW 3 Series
Colour: Silver
Personally, and this is NOT the view of 406oc.co.uk, I will be recommending all my friends, colleagues and acquaintances avoid using mycarcheck.co.uk because they like to send in the solicitors when people state they've received what they perceive to be a bad service. In my personal opinion that makes them arseholes and not deserving of custom.nick wrote:Personally, and this is NOT the view of 406oc.co.uk, I think it's a bit heavy handed... But thats me..
My guess is they'll get the mileage information from VOSA as a result of it being recorded when the MOT tests are taken. Some garages don't bother with it (it's optional I think), and I think new cars don't have to have MOTs for something like 3 years...eoin27 wrote:My question is: Do car checks normally give accurate mileage information? If the car is HPI checked and the mileage isnt recorded, wont all car check sites not have the information on mileage, not just mycarcheck.co.uk?

Probably a search, there are companies out there now who make a business out of gathering and collating public feedback from the net and presenting it to the customer in order to demonstrate that they aren't percieved as well as they like to think, with the promise of improving their image. I'd imagine that a company like MCC has people employed in PR who role includes searching the net for unsolicited feedback (Mr. Swift perhaps?).teamster1975 wrote:I'm still wondering what brought "P Swift" here in the first place
I refer you to the case of Councillor John Dixon of Cardiff who's currently facing action for posting a comment on his private twitter page which referred to Scientology as "stupid".gRoberts wrote:Since when did we lose the right to an opinion?
In my opinion, he's got a point.DaiRees wrote:referred to Scientology as "stupid"
It's pretty clear from the context that it was being presented as an opinion and not fact, so I doubt he's hugely worried about it.DaiRees wrote:I refer you to the case of Councillor John Dixon of Cardiff who's currently facing action for posting a comment on his private twitter page which referred to Scientology as "stupid".gRoberts wrote:Since when did we lose the right to an opinion?
