first off hello everyone i have just got my 1st 406, nice enough car but odviously its got a couple of niggles as its 12 yrs old now.
I have sorted the bad starting from cold prob thanks to this forum next task is the heated rear window.
Fuse is ok and bought a new switch but still no worky anyone with any ideas i would be most grateful

First step is to pull the connectors off the screen and see if they've got 12v going to them (with the switch on, and the engine running of course!).
If there isn't power, you're in for fun tracing where it's broken (try the relay!)
If there is power, try cleaning the connectors, else you'll be wanting a new rear screen

Looks like it's a yellow relay in the interior fuse panel up above your, erm... whichever of your knees that's closest to a door
