Wing mirror

Post by STALLED »

Quick question...

If I buy a wing mirror, of a different coloured car - is it possible to pop off the plastic colour coded bit and use it on the new mirror?

Cheers,

Joel

It doesn't really "pop" but it does come off, I took the covers off the mirrors of my old D8 LX to paint them. It's easier to access the retaining tabs from inside the mirror once you have the glass out of the way

You should swap over to 'leccy's Joel! If you need any advice I'll help where I can, you just need to source a GLX door card with the switches & the plugs, also the sockets that clip in the door pillar for the mirrors. You'll also gain heated mirrors! :cheesy:
