What are you smoking?Wiki wrote:Newborn giraffes are about 1.8 m (6 ft) tall. Within a few hours of being born, calves can run around and are indistinguishable from a week-old calf; however, for the first two weeks, they spend most of their time lying down, guarded by the mother.
Where can I get some?

Re: Need Some Advice...
I'm afraid new-born Giraffe's don't like to travel in cars and get very restless.
When we transported one in a Mondeo estate it got very restless and was sick a little bit. We surmised it was down to the fact that it couldn't stand up, couldn't get its bearings, and therefore suffered travel sickness.
A new-born calf on the other hand..........

Re: Need Some Advice...
That's a bit bluddy cryptic
Is that his idea of how big a new-born giraffe is or does he actually have some hands-on experience that would put him in a position to be able to make such a comparison?

Re: Need Some Advice...
Of course a baby giraffe will fit in a 406 estate! An adult one will go in too - just need a wood chipper to "re-arrange" it a bit...
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang
Re: Need Some Advice...
Dont know about baby giraffes , but i do know you can get a sheep in, well several
in fact and with space to roam about . In fact there is so much room the only way
to stop one moving about is to jam it firmly in the gap between the front seats .

Re: Need Some Advice...
I thought he meant he was concerned for the safety of the sheep and didn't want it moving around when braking/cornering oh wait.....DaiRees wrote:Oh FFS Puggy!!puggy wrote:Dont know about baby giraffes , but i do know you can get a sheep in, well several
