Probably French buys more Citroen and Renault than Peugeot, where as Peugeots are meant to trouble export markets. Maybe to take revenge of old times??406executiveHDI wrote:perhaps french cars sold to the frecnh markets are better built and never go wrong.

Here it's mother tongue as first language, Sinhalese or Tamil and English language as the International language. German, French are optional languages. Though it's bitter for some people/nations, it has to be accepted, even once so reluctant Japanese have now accepted.highlander wrote:No, the French will have their own Peugeot owners' club forums (where French is the spoken language), and that's pretty much that.
To the best of my knowledge, French school kids are taught French as their first language and either German or Italian as a secondary language, and not English (whereas we are taught English as our first language and typically French or German as a secondary language).
No idea about the rest of the 406 range, but 46.39% of all 406 Coupes were sold in France; the number sold there was 49,927 (out of the total 107,631 ever built). The remaining 53.61% were spread over various different countries (chiefly around Europe).Harshan wrote:Probably French buys more Citroen and Renault than Peugeot, where as Peugeots are meant to trouble export markets
Actually, I'm told a single Coupe was exported to China, and a single Coupe (in Scarlet Red) was exported to the USA.406executiveHDI wrote:it doesnt have to be marketed there though perhaps some american seen one and decided he must have it
