Dont they have Maskin tape or compressors and Spray Guns over there were ever it is?
Looks like its Been painted with a Yard brush.

Why do people Feck up Good cars.. maybe theyve been smokin too much bob marley :?

given the fact them cars are at least £30k youd expect the sort of person who could afford it to have a certain maturity and sense of good taste but not at all. Wealth does not mean sense. Perhaps this is some rednecks car he won in the lottery, and decided to use all the paint left in the tin after painting the fence.
